The information we collect and how we use it

When you order directly via Counterpress rather than 3rd party retailers, we need to know your name, delivery address, email address and telephone number. This information allows us to fulfil your order and notify you of the status of your order. All orders are fulfilled using one or more third party service provider(s) (hereafter ‘SP’) and we will therefore pass on your details to the SP so that they can deliver your goods to you. The SP has undertaken to us that they will protect your information, will not pass it on, not use it for any other purpose than to deliver your ordered goods to you.  In addition, the SP will take your credit or debit card number and expiry date for payment processing by them. Counterpress Limited does not process payments directly with you (See Paypal security below).

We may also ask you to give us optional contact information, for example your mobile number.
